Make a kind, clear invitation
Explore different ways to welcome people, while keeping the facts and your own voice. This is an original fictional exercise. No tool account, upload or automatic action is needed.
- Choose three qualities: welcoming, short and easy to understand.
- Write two versions yourself or ask a tool for alternatives using only the fictional brief.
- Pick phrases that sound like you. Remove exaggerated claims and unconfirmed arrangements.
- Ask a trusted reader what is inviting and what they still need to know. This is a practice exercise, not an invitation to a real event.

Fictional event brief: a neighbours’ book swap at the library courtyard, Saturday 11 am–noon. Bring a book if you can; you can join without one. Weather fallback and venue accessibility are not confirmed.
Choose a welcoming tone: “Bring a book, or just bring yourself. Let’s share a story and meet a neighbour.” Add the confirmed place and time; leave unknown details as questions.
Open the explanation without answering
A kind tone cannot replace accurate information. Ask the organiser about access and a weather fallback. Then revise the invitation with confirmed details. Do not publish the fictional event as real.

Optional prompt · public or fictional inputs only
Using only this fictional brief, suggest three short, welcoming invitations. Preserve the place, time and joining conditions. Do not invent accessibility, transport, cost or weather arrangements. Flag unknowns. Avoid pressure or exaggerated promises. I will choose and edit the wording.
Pasting a prompt into another service uses that service’s terms. Check settings, age rules and permissions first.
